- Join a team of 5 med-peds faculty at the practice
- Serve a diverse patient population
- Teach and precept residents
- Opportunities to get involved in teaching at the medical school
- Spanish speaking skills are highly desirable
- Team-based care model as a Patient-Centered Medical Home with a social worker, integrated behavioral health, RNs, population health coordinators, patient navigators, and high-risk RN case management
