Specialty: Family Practice / Internal Medicine seeing all ages / Urgent Care

Shifts:

• Facility open Monday - Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday, Sunday 8am-6pm
• Full-time flexible/rotating schedule approx 40 hours per week
• 1 week work M, T, F, Sat, Sun- off W, TH; next week work W, TH- off M, T, F, Sat, Sun

Provider Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience required
• State license cannot have infractions
• Must be willing to become D.O.T Certified
• Must be comfortable with Pediatrics
• Must be comfortable with procedures under local anesthetic
• Must be comfortable conducting vaccinations, sports and school, pre-employment, and annual physicals
• Must be comfortable interpreting results from diagnostic services such as x-rays and labs

Brief Description of Position:

• 30-60 patients/day between 2 providers
• All Ages, babies (rarely) - adults
• EMR - E-Clinical
• CLIA Waived Lab
