Physicians see on an average 15 - 17 patients per day while working twelve hour shifts 7 days on 7 days off. 1st year salary $200,000 plus $50,000 sign on bonus, up to $60,000 production / quality bonus , $100,000 loan assistance and full benefits including tail coverage.
