Health system is seeking a board-certified Geriatrician to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities include outpatient services, and visiting patients in local long-term care and sub-acute services.

• M-F outpatient position in office
• Round at Nursing homes one week a month (on call-weekends 5pm-7am) mostly on the phone, onsite for weekend admissions,
• Must be board certified in geriatrics
