Tower Health Medical Group is seeking a Geriatrician to join our geriatric medicine team and be part of the Geriatric Center at Reading Hospital. The 600+bed acute care hospital is an independent academic facility with teaching and clinical responsibilities. The right candidate is looking for an opportunity to provide care to geriatric patients in different settings, teach residents and be part of a team that works to build and adopt models of Geriatric Care with an emphasis on quality.

Responsibilities:
- Inpatient consultations
- Teaching Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and OB/GYN residents
- Outpatient multidisciplinary Senior Assessments
- Nursing home coverage
- 1:3 weekend coverage

Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, a Pennsylvania medical license and be BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine as well as BE/BC in Geriatric Medicine. Should be a team player, flexible, supportive of an academic environment and have a strong work ethic.
