Albright LIFE Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatric, Family or Internal Medicine Physician for a position in Lebanon, PA (45 min from Harrisburg, PA).

A day in the life of an Albright LIFE physician:

• See 8-10 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Thrive in a value-base care model and improve patient’s quality of life
• See a variety in your caseload, from preventative care to chronic conditions
• Spend your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care
• Embrace the team concept and interdisciplinary care in the LIFE Program environment.
• Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, determining the primary care goals of the care plan; monitoring the participant’s progress toward goals; documenting in the medical record in accordance with LIFE procedures; and, working closely with the Director of Health Services and Director of Quality Assurance to monitor key benchmarks for primary care services.
• Rotating night and weekend call with other physicians when not covered by covering medical doctors. The first two tiers of call for participants living at home are covered by nursing. Physician input may be requested by the second tier of nursing.

Your Accomplishments are Valued:

• Doctor of Medicine
• Board certified or Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (We recognize the American Board of Physician Specialties® (ABPS) Certification)
• Licensed to practice internal medicine in the Commonwealth of PA.
• One year experience with frail or elderly population.
• Medical care knowledge and skills essential for caring for frail elderly, including a minimum of one year experience working with frail or elderly population.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination within State and Federal guidelines; must be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
