JOB DETAILS:
- COVERAGE NEEDS: MUST BE ABLE TO DO ALL DATES
- March 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27
- Day shifts on April 1 and April 2 - Night shifts on April 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30
- Locum - Physician - Critical Care Grand Rapids, MI
- Start Date: 3/20/2021 - End Date: 4/30/2021
- Shift Description: 5:30 pm-6:30 am
- Weekend Requirements: As Needed
- On Call Requirements: No Call
- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BC or BE (w/in 5 yrs of residency) Critical Care - Required
- BLS & ACLS - Required
- MI license and CSR at time of submission (will accept IMLC) - Required
- EPIC experience - Preferred
Certification Requirements: - ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- License Requirements: Michigan
Additional Information: - Credentialing takes 6-8 weeks
- Total number of beds 303
- 32 ICU beds
- EPIC EMR
- Shifts needed are 5:30 pm-6:30 am
