Critical Care Intensivist opportunity in Florida!

BC Required

Active FL license in required

Daily Patient Volume: 15 per daytime intensivist (total ~35 patient encounters per 24hr period)

Staffing model is 2 intensivists + APP + housestaff during day and 1 intensivist + APP+ 2 residents at night)

Coverage needs: Mainly 8p-8a, may include some 8a-8p or 9a-5p

Support staff: ICU nurses, ICC-employed APP (one on days, one on nights), internal medicine residents, emergency room residents, pulmonary and critical care fellows.

Daily Shift requirements: 7 days a week, no call

List any special certifications or requirements (including special procedures) needed to perform in this position: Proficiency in intubations and central lines

Practice EMR: Meditech
