Medical Doctor Associates is seeking Critical Care Physician for locum tenens assignments in Ohio.
COVERAGE DATES: Nov 2-15, Dec 1-5, Dec 22-31. These are 12 day shifts from 7a-7p and night call from 7p-7a. Call 2 weekends/month from 5p Fri to 7a Mon (in-house). Two weeks/month of night shifts from 5p-7a. Average # of ICU patients/day: Max of 12, usually less. No inpatient (non ICU) patients. Average 2-3 admissions per physician per day. 100% adult (75% medicine & 25% surgery). 10% or less is trauma. 7 Intensivists in group. Supervision of Critical Care PAs. Total # of beds: 150+ at Soin; 50 at Greene.Total # of ICU beds: 12 at Soin; 6 at Greene. Trauma level 3. EMR is Epic. We offer Weekly Compensation (Direct deposit), Travel & Housing Arrangements and A++ Professional Liability Insurance.
