What is the Intensive Care Physician Reserves Program?

• This new program is a one-year minimum commitment that allows you to test drive a variety of practice sites from your home base
• Earn a premium rate while enjoying a variety of practice (lodging, travel and credentialing fees are covered by Vituity)
• While working as a reservist, learn about our leadership development and fellowship programs

The Opportunity
HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital – Belleville, IL

• HSHS has a 20-bed ICU
• 12-hour shifts
• Encounters per day: 12
• Average day admits: 5-6
• Average night admits: 5-6
• Intensivists runs codes, with some TeleICU coverage run between an NP and intensivist
