Infectious Disease Physician to join growing team in IN -between Chicago and Indianapolis Job-3664
* 60 miles to Indianapolis - located in the West Central IN area
* Will consider BE/BC physician as well as consider an H1 visa
* join an established hospital employed team with a flexible schedule: split your day between clinic and rounding in hospital
* Average outpatient daily volume 5-8 patients and 10-15 inpatient - shared call of 1:2
* Competitive compensation, including income guarantee, with bonus incentives - relocation allowance- Paid malpractice -27 days PTO plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options - Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability etc
