**Infectious Disease opening in Medford, OR**
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* 70% inpatient and 30% outpatient
* Work primarily out of a 378-bed regional referral center
* 1st Year Salary Guarantee: Base salary of $240,000
* Years 2 & beyond base salary tied to MGMA median production metrics plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
* $50k signing bonus
* $15k relocation assistance
* $5k annual CME allowance
* 240 hours of paid time off per year
