There are a variety of schedules, but the most common is Monday-Friday block schedule. You will consult on ID cases with hospitalists and other providers in the group. The group covers two local hospitals; however you will only cover one facility at a time. The specialists do not do critical care work. The hospitals have critical care teams and pulmonologists that manage the critical care aspect. The group is offering a competitive compensation of with bonuses.
