Infectious Disease Clinical Faculty Physician
The Department of Medicine at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine is hiring faculty for the division of Infectious Diseases. Applicants at all faculty ranks will be considered. There is the possibility for appointment as Division Chief for a highly qualified candidate with a strong track record of academic achievements and leadership. There are also opportunities for applicants who are dually board-certified in adult and pediatric infectious diseases. Division faculty provide a broad range of inpatient and ambulatory clinical services as well as resident and medical student education. Further details include:

Infectious Disease Clinical Faculty Physician

- Broad general infectious disease practice with opportunities to expand clinical services, such as hepatitis C treatment clinic
- Inpatient consults only, no direct admissions to the hospital
- Outpatient clinic at new. state-of-the-art facilities
- Shared call rotation and up to 7 weeks of PTO annually
- Two-thirds of time spent on clinical and teaching responsibilities, one-third of time available for academic and scholarly pursuits
- Large state-of-the-art Simulation Center
- Established Center for Clinical Research allows opportunities and resources for developing clinical research programs
