We are seeking a Hospitalist for a non-profit community hospital in Boulder, Colorado, just north of Denver. This is an opportunity to work in a family-like atmosphere where teamwork is prized, and employees feel respected and supported.

Opportunity Information

• Flexible, physician-driven schedule with 10-hour shifts
• The monthly schedule consists of 11-12 day shifts and 2-3 swings, NO nights
• Manageable patient census 13-15
• Some ICU coverage but no procedures
• APP support for swing shift
• Base salary and bonus plan - the current range is from 280,000 - 395,000 with the average Hospitalists in the group earning around 340,000
