Hospital in SE Washington is seeking a full-time hospitalist. We are a 25 bed critical access hospital. Qualified candidates should be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and be board certified (or board eligible) in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. May also consider Family Medicine physician with considerable experience.

  • Adult Hospitalist practice
  • Inpatient only
  • Small community hospital
  • 87 shifts per year
  • 24-hour shifts with 10 hours in hospital and 14 hours (night) providing on call back up for in house Advanced Practice Provider
  • Work load: Varies day to day, but annual wRVU is below U.S. median
  • ICU is small, but open; may need to manage vent patients
  • Not required to do procedures

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $10,000 reimbursement for relocation
  • Full benefit program including health insurance, dental insurance, retirement plan, CME stipend
