We are working with a facility in Illinois that is looking for a Hospitalist for a full-time perm opportunity.
Est. Start Date: 10/15/2021
Privileging Timeframe: 30-60 days
Schedule: 7 on 7 off (mandatory 7-night shifts in 11 week period)
Full specialty backup
No procedures required
• Fully incentivized production model. Better than RVU based.
• Current malpractice is occurrence-based 3mil/1mil ( no tail coverage needed)
• Health dental vision insurance paid for whole family HSA eligible
• Maximized retirement plan. The company has been funding the maximum allowed through safe harbor and profit sharing plan. $58,000 anticipated for 2021. 3-year cliff for vesting.
• Better than typical 12h week-on week- off; better work hours.
• CME expensing after 1st year
• 7-night calls in 11 weeks
• Open ICU
• Epic EMR
• IM residency; opportunity to teach but not required
• Inhouse 24/7 anesthesia; no intubations. No procedures are required. Residents run codes with supervision.
• 1h from downtown Chicago.
