20 Physician Hospitalist Program Looking to Grow!

Flexible Scheduling
Join our rapidly growing hospitalist program! Enjoy peace of mind having the best specialist backup and intensivist backup in the area! Our diverse surgical program is designed to accommodate routine and specialty procedures including urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, cosmetic surgery, ophthalmology, ENT and includes the only open-heart suite in the area. Our state-of-the-art facilities consists of 14 operating suites, two cystoscopy rooms, Two DaVinci Robots and Cyber-knife.
This is just an example of the type of options for Internal Medicine we are representing here at Adaptive Medical. Cost of living and housing in our 700,000 population community is way below national average, with every amenity you could ask for in a community. The financial package is as follows:
Guaranteed starting salary is $250,000 ($300,000 for nocturnist);
Many of our hospitalists are earning $400,000+ based on the patient and shift volumes.
Eligible for RVU based production from day one of employment. Up to $20 Per RVU;
Quality based bonuses up to $25,000 per year
Academically affiliated with local 20,000 student university
Relocation assistance;
Sign-On Bonus;
Standard health and welfare benefits, including matching 403(b) retirement;
