Our client in southern New Jersey has asked us to recruit another hospitalist for their group.
The hospitalist group is affiliated with a large hospital with several Centers of Excellence and is located on the southern shore of NJ. The schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off. There is no requirement to do procedures. The compensation consists of a base salary, quality and productivity bonuses which allows the physician to take advantage, without limitation, of readily available incentive opportunities. Additionally, the group provides a very generous benefits package. This area of the shore has some of New Jersey's best beaches and also has a strong sense of community. The schools are excellent as are the options to purchase or rent a wide variety of homes located on the mainland or on the water.
