Vidant Medical Group and Vidant Medical Center located in Greenville, North Carolina are seeking BE/BC Hospitalist Nocturnist to join their well-established hospitalist team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Highlights Include:

  • Employment by Vidant Medical Group
  • Hospital privileges at Vidant Medical Center, a 974-bed level 1 trauma center
  • Established team of 38 physicians and 29 nurse practitioners and physician assistants
  • Team covers General Medicine and Medical Intermediate Units with closed ICU
  • Inpatient clinical responsibilities including admissions, discharges, consults and transfers
  • Full support by critical care team/No ICU clinical responsibilities
  • 7on/7off, 7p-7a, 12 hr. shifts
  • 12 Physicians and 1 Admitter on day shift
  • 3 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants provide coverage at night
  • Average number of admissions at night: 8-9 per provider
