Nocturnist/Night
- Night Team / Nocturnist (7pm – 7am)
- Covers all admissions at night (12-15 per night)
- Responds to calls from the floor at night (20+)
- No rounding
- Currently 2 nocturnists Full Time
- Most of the time two residents are available at night to help with up to 5 admissions each
Contract Terms - Nocturnist:
- Contract for 180 shifts per year (average of 15 shifts per month)
- Base salary is $286,200
- Additional shifts available and paid at $1,590 per shift

- Can contract for as little as 12 shifts per month to qualify for benefits, but base compensation will decrease
