Alliance Health Staffing is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist to join a flourishing and well
established team of physicians. This Hospitalist program was created in 2011 and continues
to grow to meet the needs of referring physicians. This position would be all day shifts working 7 am
to 7 pm. The program is supplemented with nurse practitioners to extend the expedience of care.
Practice Opportunity Details:
$270K base salary
$40K signing bonus
$30k retention bonus (over 3 years)
Value Based Bonus – potential for 10% of salary
Generous vacation package – 305 hours PTO + CME
Paid malpractice
$6K CME allowance + 3 days
Relocation assistance up to $15k
3 Strong pension plans
Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage available
No call
7 on-7 off schedule
Average 15 patients

Centrally located in IL, it's just a few hour car ride to Chicago or St. Louis. The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of the surrounding counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties.
