Earn $350,000 Plus Annually, not including benefits
$300,000 In Student Loan Reimbursement
- Hospital employed practice in 300 bed not-for-profit regional medical center
- Annual Base Salary no less than $275,000 + up to $25,000 in annual quality bonus + $30,000 to $100,000 per year in production incentives + Student loan reimbursement + full benefits
- Our average hospitalist will encounter 14 to 16 patients per shift, and will only work 4 weeks of nights per year;
- Standard 7 on/7 off schedule with the freedom to come and go as needed in this team first environment – you are not tied to the hospital
- Group was established 15 years ago and 90% of the original team is still here...”We pride ourselves on retention, we rarely have physicians leave our group, and if they do it is always on good terms” – Current Hospitalist Director
