Job Description

  • Immediate start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
  • Coverage for at least one block of 7 shifts per month
  • No call; Inpatient only
  • 18-22 patients per day
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
  • Board Certified; Active South Carolina license
In need of 1, maybe 2 additional locums for Spartanburg. Shifts would be mostly days, but have night needs as well if the physician is flexible. Average census is 18 with 2-3 admits per day. Do have APC support that work with the physicians, mostly doing admits. Medical Staff credentialing does require documentation of minimum of 1000 inpatient encounters to complete credentialing process. All physicians must be board certified and participating in MOC.
