Sutter Health-affiliated Gould Medical Group is a growing 380+ provider multi-specialty group located about 1.5 hours east of San Francisco, California. Our communities offer quick access to the bay area as well as other local hot spots such as Napa Valley, Yosemite, and Lake Tahoe.

Position Details:

• Base salary: $271,641
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000
• Quarterly RVU bonuses
• Annual quality bonus
• Hospital: Memorial Medical Center - 423 bed, Level II trauma
• Schedule: 7 on, 7 off - 182 shifts per year
• 12 hour shifts
• Dedicated nocturnists, rounders, and admitters
• Robust back-up system for emergencies
• Dedicated non-hospitalist response team for code blue
• Extra shift guarantee available
• No procedures required
• Average census: 15-16
• 6-8 admits per day on average
• Full intensivist back up
• Large hospitalist group of 45+ physicians
