**Hospitalist opportunity in Rapid City, SD**
Located in Southwest South Dakota
Service area: 428,000
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- 7/7 schedule
- Sole provider model - Two physicians rotation
- In house for 10 hours
- APP support to assist with overnight call burden; physician serves as backup call to the APPs
- Qualifications: BE/BC in Internal Medicine, BC in Hospital Medicine, BC in Family Medicine with multiple years of acute care experience.
- Looking for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with multiple years of inpatient medicine experience, to join group of nearly 40 Hospitalists and Nocturnists.
- A very competitive salary with quarterly productivity bonus incentives is offered along with a starting bonus, retention bonus, paid relocation AND moving allowance, paid malpractice, annual CME reimbursement, and a comprehensive basic PLUS exclusive physician supplemental benefits package.
- 417-bed tax-exempt regional tertiary referral, Level II Trauma Center with a medical staff of almost 500 providers.

The only healthcare system within a 300-mile radius providing services to a population of 428,000. It is comprised of five hospitals, 24-clinics and employs nearly 5,000 physicians and caregivers.
