New York Hospitalist Locums - 100 Miles from NYC
- Coverage dates:
- Daytime rounding shifts (8a-8p):
- ASAP ongoing PRN
- No procedures required, must be comfortable with code management and RRTs
- Must have ACLS
- If you do not have these certifications, you must receive them prior to working
- Must have post residency inpatient experience
- Must be board certified or within 3 years of residency
- This client utilizes our locum hospitalists on a monthly basis
- Rounding physicians see 16-18 providers per shift (there is a dedicated admitter that handles most, if not all, admissions)
- Admitters average 8 admissions per shift
- Closed ICU
- 24/7 intensivist service handles ICU admissions
- EMR: Paragon
