- 7 days on/7 days off
- Day Shift: $120/hour
- $50 for each discharge
- $110 for every encounter over 18 encounters
- $120/shift when on call for hospital
- $120/shift when on call for LTAC
- Swing Shift: $150/hour (Minimum of 120 hours/month (10-twelve hour shifts)
- $50 for each discharge
