University of Rochester Medical Center is recruiting for a full-time FM or IM physician to serve as a Hospitalist on a 20-bed inpatient acute medical unit that coordinates with an outpatient primary care clinic.
Clinicians work in teams with support from highly skilled social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists and community health workers. Enjoy a faculty appointment to University of Rochester, academic and teaching opportunities, and good work life balance.

The clinical, teaching and research program of the Medicine in Psychiatry Division is nationally known for its high quality, comprehensive team-approach to medical care. The division builds on the historical legacy of the biopsychosocial model first developed at the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry and emphasizes coordination between primary care, acute hospital care and behavioral health setting.
