We offer a wide variety of specialty care services, with over 50 visiting specialists, two 60-bed nursing and rehabilitation centers, 12-bed assisted living facility, 32-apartment retirement community, state-of-the-art sleep center, and 5 outreach medical centers.

Practice:
- Flexible schedule: 14 on / 14 off
- 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7pm
- Full-time: 154 12-hour shifts annually (1,848 hours)
- Manageable patient census with a general average of eight
- State-of-the-art equipment
- Skilled nursing staff
- Full administrative support and complete control over patient care
- No invasive procedures necessary
- Level III Trauma
- ED physician in-house 24/7
- $65 for each wRVU in excess of 4,400
- This is a small community located 60 minutes north of the capital of Madison, WI, a metro of 670,000
- 20 minutes to Wisconsin Dells and its indoor/outdoor waterpark
