An Iowa-based medical facility needs locum tenens hospitalist coverage. The provider will work 12-hour shifts 10 - 14 times per month. The locum tenens physician will see approximately 12 - 16 patients per day and will work in the ICU. This facility uses the Epic EMR system. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible. You will need to have or obtain an ACLS certification with a DEA license as part of this assignment. We will provide assistance with all hospital privileging paperwork.
