Job Description
The physician will lead clinical staff through individual oversight, clinical education, and team stewardship. They will direct robust disease management programs and effectively collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with members of the multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will manage patient care through high-touch interactions with the ultimate goal of seamlessly meeting the patient's needs.
