An associate regional medical officer is needed to lead a clinical team at a growing multi-specialty group in an Iowa facility. Your schedule will be 70/30 clinical/administrative. The group requires applicants to be board certified in IM or FP and have some experience leading integrated teams. If you do not hold an active IA license, CompHealth has a licensing team to help you with the processing and application, if necessary.

The physician will lead clinical staff through individual oversight, clinical education, and team stewardship. They will direct robust disease management programs and effectively collaborate, coordinate, and communicate with members of the multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will manage patient care through high-touch interactions with the ultimate goal of seamlessly meeting the patient's needs.

You'll receive a competitive compensation package, generous bonuses, health benefits, and PTO. You'll also be provided relocation assistance, stock options, CME time, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.

You will enjoy living and working in one of the largest cities in Iowa. The city is warm and friendly, and retains a small-town feel while still making larger city amenities available to you. The well-educated and diverse population make this an enjoyable place to call home. There are festivals and events, art and theater, museums, parks, shopping, and dining. It is ranked one of the best places for business and careers.
