Northeast SC – 1.5 Hours from Myrtle Beach or Columbia
• Locum tenens Hospitalist coverage needed ASAP ongoing
• Day, Night or Swing shifts available
• Large hospital with full subspecialty backups
• Schedule is Monday – Sunday rotation
• 1 MD + 1 APP on Swing Shift
• 2 Hospitalists at Night
• 15 - 18 patients per day shift physician
• Approximately 11 encounters on Swing Shift (APP handles 4 on average)
• 4 – 7 admissions per physician at Night + cross coverage for 108 patients (split between MD’s)
• No Procedures
• Closed ICU
• Hospitalists handle codes
• Sorian EMR
• IM trained only (Hospital requirement and not negotiable)
• Credentialing takes 30 days
