The Practice
Regional Medical Center of San Jose – San Jose, California

• This 202-bed facility sees an average of 15 encounters per physician
• Hospitalists do mainly rounds while physician assistants and nurse practitioners handle the majority of admissions
• Closed ICU
• No procedures
• Vituity also staffs the Emergency Department, Anesthesia group, Tele-neurology opportunities, and scribe program – providing care across the continuum to deliver a coordinated acute care experience for every patient
