A post-acute physician is needed for skilled nursing facilities in New York. You will have the option to work in either Buffalo or Jamestown. The work schedule will be Monday to Friday with shared weekend call. You will enjoy the round and go approach with lots of autonomy. Start early and finish early or start late and finish late. Candidates must be board certified in IM, FP, or geriatrics and be able to handle largely a geriatric patient panel. Experience in inpatient or post-acute is preferred.
This opportunity is offering a salary that is based on the physicians experience plus commission. You will be offered medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401K, vacation time, CME time, and malpractice with tail coverage.
