PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position and Independent Contractor structure combined
*One hospitalist job working 7 on 7 off (Days), second practice is rounding at LTAC 8 weeks per year (Days)
*Assistant Med Dir role OPTION (+$40K) | Open to new and experienced physicians
*7 on 7 off at 220 Bed Hospital, 12 hour shifts
*Work an additional week every sixth week at LTAC and earn additional $200K/yr ($3500-$4000 per day).
*The two jobs combined equal $2300 per day
*Have nocturnists - Day work only
*Group of 6 Hospitalists
*Full Benefits
*When at hospital avg 14-17 patients per day
*When at modern LTAC do 1-3 admissions per day
*Compensation of $300K+ at hospital plus $200K+ at LTAC
*Specialty support
*Full benefits including malpractice, health, etc.
*Sign-on and relocation (up to $35K)
