Job Details
  • 139 hospital beds at Main Campus
  • 14 bed inpatient rehab at North Campus
  • Open ICU (all patients get a mandatory consult from Pulmonology/Critical Care)
  • Procedures not required
  • Three physicians per day
  • One physician per night
  • 7 on/7 off block schedule
  • Collegial work environment with ED managed by SCP
  • Subspecialty support in Anesthesiology, Cardiology,Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Pulmonology/Critical Care, Radiology, Urology, Podiatry

Facility Information

Iberia Medical Center is a full-service acute care hospital offering the latest in technology. The hospital was founded in 1952 and has since grown to become one of the leading healthcare providers in the region. IMC provides a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, surgery, rehabilitation, and outpatient services. The hospital also has specialized centers for cancer care, cardiovascular care, and women's health.
