• 7 days on/off schedule
  
• Exceptional Compensation - 15 shifts per month.
  
• Up to add'l $25K per year in quality/service bonus paid quarterly
• If you work optional additional shifts they are paid at $1,400 for 24 hr shift
• Work from 8 a.m - 8 pm
  
• Nurse Practitioner Provides Night time coverage
• If there is an ICU admission, the ED physician will call directly to discuss the case and then physician will determine if he/she will need to come in and/or follow up by phone with the N P.
• In case of emergent need physician is expected to come into the facility at night and must be within 20 min. of hospital.
• Airway Management is a requirement
• Avg Census is 12 patients
• Specialty consults are available
• Procedures required are Intubations, airway passage, respond to codes, & thoracentesis is a need.
