- Realistic Income Potential = $292,500
- $255,000 Base Salary
- $50.00 per wRVU - Historical wRVU Incentive Compensation = $15,500 Annually
- Up to $22,000 Annual Patient Experience/quality Bonus Opportunity
- $10,000 Bonus Upon Successful Credentialing
- Up to $10,000 Relocation Reimbursement
- $5,000 CME/licensure Allotment, Prorate Year One
Practice Details
- 7 nights on/7 off
- Open ICU - No procedures required (Unless Desired)
- Critical Care Trained Physicians Available 24/7 for Back-Up or Complications
- Average Rounding on 10-13 patients per night
- 93-Bed Hospital
