Sound Physicians partners with Mercy Health, a top health system in Cincinnati, Ohio, to provide premier hospitalist services. Programs are well-established with more than 80 providers throughout Greater Cincinnati. Our nocturnists work in one or multiple of the five Mercy hospitals in the system.

  • Base salary of more than $327,000
  • Procedures required (intubations and central lines)
  • Additional support of an advanced practitioner at three facilities
  • Balanced schedule working an average of 15-night shifts per month, 7 pm - 7 am
  • Part-time option available
  • H1B eligible facility; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and filing services are covered
