St. Joseph’s Medical Center – Stockton, CA
366 bed (39 ICU) facility located in the Central Valley, has needs for full/part time and moonlighting Inpatient Hospitalist.
· 8 FTE program (4 day teams/1 night team) – Will need both day/night help
· Shifts: 7A-7P and 7P-7A
· IM and FP with adequate experience
· Ideally looking for physicians who can do large blocks
· Codes – ED takes care of codes but hospitalist are expected to attend
· NO PROCEDURES
· Open ICU
· EMR-MediTech
· Average patient census: 14-16 patients to start off in the AM
· Temp Privs available
· Physicians must have an active CA license, DEA and current ACLS.
Stockton attracts a wide range of business and recreational activities. The California Delta with over 1,000 miles of waterways surrounding Stockton is a scenic wetland with over 100 marinas and resorts. A variety of arts and cultural activities are available with opportunities to enjoy music, theatre, dance and literary events.
