*Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a cohesive team and meet the growing demand of Hospitalist Program*
**About the Position**
- Full-time, permanent
- Program started over 22 years ago and is still growing!
- This is a high performing, well-respected group with a great culture of teamwork.
- Team members live across Chicagoland due to easy access to 3 covered hospitals.
- 7 on and 7 off; 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
- Inpatient volume: 16 20 patients per day
- Average admissions per night: 8 10 patients per night
- Operating Beds: 233
- 16 ICU and 22 PCU beds (38 critical care beds)
- Will run codes
- Must be able to perform procedures: central lines and intubations
- ACLS required
- Limited ICU Setting (All admissions require Pulmonary/Critical Care Consult)
- Observation unit
- Epic electronic health record (Health Group scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)
- Strong collegial support from specialists
