Hospitalist needed for Day shifts + Night call starting as soon as credentialed in Cody, WY.
- BC/TBE IM/FM
- Schedule: 7a-7p + night call 7p-7a
- Mainly PRN, Shifts will be scheduled monthly
- Med/Surg Beds: 23
- Open ICU, 6 Beds
- Cardio & Surgical manage their own ICU patients & consult HM
- Will have admitting privileges to the ICU
- Procedures: Vent management required. Preferred is comfortable with Central Lines & Intubations as well.
- Hospitalist will be running codes; Primary on LTC unit at night, ED primary on Trauma Codes
- On Rapid Response Team
- No Teaching responsibilities
- MDs cover 7a-7p day shift onsite and 7p-7a call to supplement telemedicine if patient(s) need to be seen. For 2021 call MD was only called in 7 times for avg of 1-2 hrs
- EMR: Meditech; also Point/Click/Care for LTC patient
- Must have WY License & DEA
- Credentialing can be done within a few weeks
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
