Job Description:
Inhospital Physicians Group is a leading healthcare organization managing several programs across the East Coast. We are currently seeking an experienced Inhospital Physician to join our team at the Passaic NJ LTAC facility. As an Inhospital Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities:

• 7 on/7 off shift schedule, 12-hour shifts, Daytime
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform medical procedures, including intubation, as necessary
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare management

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain
• Board certification or board eligibility in a relevant medical specialty
• Proficiency in intubation procedures
• Previous experience working in a long-term acute care facility is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
