Hospitalists needed for Day & Night shifts in Missoula, MT to start as soon as credentialed.
- BC IM/FM
- Shift Times: 7a-7p / 7p-7a
- AM Admits: 7a-1p
- PM Admits: 1p-6p
- Mainly PRN, Shifts will be scheduled monthly
- # Day Providers: 2
- # Swing Providers: 0
- # Night Providers: 1
- 2 doc day teams / 1 doc night team - Day teams alternate AM and PM admitting times on top of rounding
- Average Day Census: 28 (avg. 14 per team)
- Average Night Census: 28
- Average Admits: 4-6 total for day and night
- Day: Rounding on all of their team’s patients plus admitting for either AM or PM depending on schedule.
- Night: Admitting and responding to any pages. Usually the night doc does not need to round.
- Hospitalist is not responsible for running codes, will be done by emergency medicine physician
- Hospitalist will respond with Rapid Response Team
- No Procedures
- Specialty Services Available
- EMR: Cerner
- BLS & ACLS required
- Credentialing: 90-120 days, temp privs available based on providers availability
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
