Quality of Life see on the average of 15 patients per shift.
Join an established Hospitalist group while working 10.5 hour shifts.
Plenty of time to enjoy Breckenridge, Vail and Aspen on your time off. Colorado is known for its skiing of course but also it has tremendous hiking, backpacking and scenic views that are priceless and so much more. This is a private hospitalist group with a need to hire due to growth. The schools are outstanding and a real sense of metropolitan living exists in Denver. You will love this area and so will your family. International Airport, fine dining, Professional basketball (Denver Nuggets), Professional Football (Denver Broncos), Professional Hockey (Colorado Avalanche) and so much more all exist here.
Schedule is patterned for work/life balance and follows a 3 days on, last day includes on call that night, generally 4 or 5 days until next shift.
Duties:
• Patient load on daily basis – 15
• Handle admissions from PCP and ED as needed
• Patients are normally in the CCU, ICU with some regular floor patients
• Consults by physician request
