Southern Oregon Hospice and Palliative Care Opportunity
- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Hospice and Palliative Care physician
- Must have completed a fellowship
- Looking for a provider that has at least two years’ post training experience (experience can be primary care experience prior to entering fellowship)
- Establish a new ambulatory clinic
- Work alongside a social worker
- Collaborate with the hospital’s inpatient team to ensure continuity of care
- Site will be located in the hospital’s cancer center
- The program will eventual expand to provide services in the Heart Care and Lung clinics
- Supported by the region’s largest cardiology, oncology, and pulmonary groups
- Program provides detailed services throughout several counties
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Hospice and Palliative Care physician
- Organization Information:
- Competitive salary
- Base salary of $220,000
- Signing bonus of $50,000
- Relocation bonus - $15,000
- Annual CME allowance - $5,000
- 30 days of PTO annually
