Join an expanding Palliative Care team with the long-term goal to become one of 9 Palliative Care Leadership Centers. The current team has 2 Palliative Medicine Physicians, 4 NPs, 2 RNs, 1 LCSW and 1 Chaplain. This is a great opportunity to teach Palliative Medicine fellows, Family Medicine residents, and 4th year medical students; participate in expanding to outpatient co-located palliative clinics and home-based setting; and help develop Palliative Medicine Inpatient Service Policies and Protocols. Current percentage of new admits seen by the palliative service is nearly double the national average. Call is 1:5 weeks and will get better as 2 other physicians join the team. Requirements

-Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
-Graduate of an Accredited Urology Training Program
-Board Certification in Internal Medicine
-Board Eligible/Board Certified in Palliative Medicine
