Please see below for details and send CV if interested.Our Hospital is expanding its inpatient palliative care program to better meet the needs of the community. Our Palliative Care Program was established in 2011 as part of our Cancer Institute’s selection into the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Community Cancer Centers Program. As such, the Palliative Care Program was limited to oncology patients. Following the end of NCCCP, we became the only hospital in metro-Atlanta to earn the NCORP designation, indicating a continued commitment to cancer care. In addition to supporting our Cancer Institute, the inpatient palliative care program has played an important role for our non-oncology patient base as well.   1. Palliative care – based out of cumming, GA northside forsyth- BC in Palliative or Hospice- don’t need fellowship just boarded- experience 3-5 years+ is okay- IM and FM okay boarded-

The medical director is retiring soon so this is now available, 4 MD team, ML support at each, 5 NP with a lot of experience, $ based on experience- open to 2020’s-

Hours are M-F- call is rotated, don’t need to go into hospital, taken on phone and very minimal

-Inpatient only position

-H1 visa can be sponsored

-March 2020 start date
