Position is for an MD/DO, NP, or PA.

Schedule: M-F 9am – 6pm (Would like to add 9-1 pm on Saturdays)

Support Staff: Nurses, Phlebotomists, and administrative clerks

Patients per day: +/- 8 patients

Typical duties include: (New patient intakes are approximately 1.5 hours and follow ups are 1 hour)

  • Assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing comprehensive intake consultations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
  • Contribute to physician’s effectiveness by identifying patient care issues that must be addressed; providing information pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physician directives.
  • Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests; Interpretation of various laboratory, genetic screening, and urinalysis results.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient records. Keeping paper and computerized medical records accurate and up to date.
  • Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens.
  • Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
  • Monitoring and administering injections and intravenous infusions.
  • Communicating effectively and sympathetically with patients
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Excellent ability to educate patients about alternative therapies

Compensation Package: DOE $140-180k + 2% of Gross Revenue Quarterly + Sign-On Bonus!

Ideal candidate: MD/DO 3 years out of residence looking to get into Functional medicine and willing to work collaboratively.
